Lisa Smith

Lisa Smith is a partner at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, where Lisa practices transactional real estate law in New York and nationally. They represent parties in acquisitions, sales, and leasing, as well as cooperatives and condominiums in corporate governance matters. With extensive experience in drafting policies and enforcing governing documents, Lisa has also negotiated contracts with vendors and assisted clients in raising revenue through refinancing and the sale of common area spaces. Prior to their current position, Lisa was a partner at Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP from 1998 to 2015. They hold a Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
