Chris Watson

Chris Watson has extensive experience as a management systems auditor and consultant. Chris worked for SPUR Systems Solutions Inc. starting in 2013 and provided consultation, auditing, and training on management systems. Chris also has expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 as a lead auditor. Prior to that, they worked at Pathfinder Environmental Services from 1995 to 2013, where they also served as a management systems auditor and consultant, specializing in ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001. Chris has held various positions throughout their career, including roles at SGS, MGMT Alliances Inc., Chameleon Enterprises Inc., Quality Certification Bureau Inc., Biophilia Inc., Home Oil Company Limited, and Canterra Energy Limited. At these companies, they had responsibilities such as leading audits, conducting training, coordinating environmental programs, and developing emergency response plans.

Chris Watson completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology at the University of Calgary from 1985 to 1988. Prior to that, they pursued Agriculture - Pre Veterinary Medicine at the University of Alberta from 1977 to 1979. Additionally, they obtained a 3rd Class Power Engineering certification from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
