Eric Chen

Eric Chen has extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Deputy Operations Manager and previously as a Senior Test Engineer at SGS since September 2013. Chen leads teams to conduct testing for Traffic Infringement Systems across Victoria, ensuring safety protocols and effective communication with stakeholders. Prior to SGS, Chen worked as a Test Engineer and Field Technician at Amtek Corporation, where responsibilities included maintaining the Myki system for the Victoria Transportation System. Chen holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney, a Master’s degree in Wireless Engineering from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from Zhejiang Wanli University.
