Michael Hellmann has extensive experience in personnel management, quality assurance, and product management within the poultry industry. From August 2002 to October 2008, Michael worked at Mastputenbrüterei Ahlhorn as a personnel specialist and quality assurance officer. A subsequent role at BWE-Brüterei Weser-Ems GmbH & Co. KG from October 2008 to March 2011 further developed expertise in hatchery administration and quality assurance. Michael then served in various capacities at SGS Institut Fresenius GmbH, starting as a senior auditor and advancing to lead auditor between August 2023 and May 2025, before becoming the product manager for poultry at SGS in May 2025. Prior experience includes serving as an S4 non-commissioned officer in the Sanitätsbrigade 1 from January 1996 to July 2002. Michael holds a degree in retail management from Schröer Emstek, completed between 1993 and 1995.
