Patrick Ayer is currently the Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel, as well as the Director of Risk Management & Insurance at SGS, a position held since 2004. Prior to this role, Patrick worked as an Associate at Lenz & Staehelin from 2000 to 2003. Patrick earned a Bacalauréat/Maturité from Collège St-Michel and holds a Law degree from the University of Geneva, along with a Master's degree in Corporate Law (LLM) from New York University School of Law and an Economics/Business degree from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg.
