Robert (Gary) Chambers has a comprehensive work experience in various industries. Robert (Gary) started their career as an Operations Manager at PPL Therapeutics Inc, and later became a Business Manager at Harlan Laboratories, Inc. where they doubled sales and spearheaded pan-European cultural consolidation.

Afterward, Chambers became the Chief Executive Officer of B & K Universal Limited, where they transformed the company's performance and achieved a profitable exit. Robert (Gary) then joined Arrowmight Biosciences Limited as Managing Director, reestablishing growth and optimizing productivity through lean methods and advanced technologies.

Chambers also worked as the Executive Director at Oxford Consultants, driving rapid scale and networking in the healthcare industry. Robert (Gary) then became a Vice President in Health Sciences at SGS, where they delivered strong year-on-year growth and drove innovation.
