Simon Colton has extensive experience in sustainable finance and ESG advisory, currently serving as the Global Head of Non-Financial Reporting and Sustainable Finance at SGS. Prior to this, Simon held various roles, including Commodity Analyst at Bank Leumi, where they analyzed trade finance for global commodity sectors, and Associate Director at Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on sustainable and natural resources. Simon's background also includes significant contributions to product development in sustainable finance and a strong foundation in client advisory services, having advised over 50 multinational clients on ESG integration. Simon began their career at Barclays, progressing from a Customer Service Representative to a Relationship Support Manager, and holds a first-class BA in Business and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University.
