Sofie Chen has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the APAC TA Lead at SGS since June 2006, a role that emphasizes sustainability, quality, and integrity in testing, inspection, and certification. Prior to this position, Sofie served as a Recruiting and Training Supervisor at ASE Group from June 2004 to May 2006, where responsibilities included leading a team to implement recruiting plans and developing various recruiting channels to support business growth.
