SGTech - Zero Carbon, Sustainable Farming
Marat Voldman has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technology. Marat started their career at AIPM in 2004, where they worked as an Energy Engineer for eight years before being promoted to Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department. In 2014, Marat joined AFCON RMG - ARG as the Head of the Engineering Department, where they served for three years. In 2017, they moved to SHTANGECO and held the position of Chief Technology Officer until August 2020. Most recently, in October 2021, Marat joined SGTech - Sustainable Green Technologies as the Chief Operating Officer.
Marat Voldman attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a B.Sc with honors in Mechanical Engineering. In 2008 to 2010, they pursued an MBA at the Open University of Israel. Additionally, in 2015, Marat attended GWI and acquired a Technical expert - DVGW certification in Natural Gas.

Founded in 2015, Sustainable Green Technologies (SGTech) was born out of the desire to create a more sustainable world.Specifically, SGTech has aimed to address environmental issues resulting from improper waste management in the livestock industry.Through years of Research and Development, SGTech has developed innovations in nutrient recovery,integrated biogas solutions, and water recycling.They are now in the process of designing and building custom-made treatment plants that best suit each farms’ specific needs.
