Robi Hartman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Robi co-founded Zadara in 2011 and served as a Co-Founder, Board Member, and later as Chairman until 2022. In 2010, they co-founded and chaired SGTech - Zero Carbon, Sustainable Farming. Robi also founded West End Technology Investments Ltd. in 1997. Additionally, Robi Hartman has held positions as a Director at China Cablecom Holdings from 2010 to 2012, Vice Chairman at Teledata-Networks Ltd. from 2004 to 2010, and Chairman and Co-Founder at ENARGiS Storage Solutions Ltd. from 2003 to 2008. Robi served as Chairman and CEO of IIS Intelligent Information Systems from 1997 to 2008, Chairman of StoreAge Networking Technologies from 1998 to 2006, and President and CEO of VCON from 1996 to 1997. Robi'searly experience includes roles as President and CEO of Teledata Communications from 1990 to 1996, as well as CFO and Executive VP from 1987 to 1990.

Robi Hartman completed a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business. This degree was attained between the years 1984 and 1987. Prior to that, Robi Hartman pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Sciences and Economics from Bar-Ilan University. This undergraduate degree was obtained from 1979 to 1983.
