Derick Ang

Derick Ang has over a decade of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and vulnerability management. They served as a Team Lead for the Cyber Incident Response Team at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore and later as a Senior Lead Engineer at SPH Media, overseeing incident response functions and enhancing security initiatives. Derick also worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG Singapore, managing client engagements and leading IT security teams. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President at SGX Group. Derick earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma in Electronics, Computer & Communications Engineering from Nanyang Polytechnic.
