As an intergenerational, family-run organization, we specialize in residential community development. Through our thoughtfully innovative, detail-oriented approach we have provided countless communities with award-winning living spaces and cutting-edge neighborhood planning and design.

Our company, founded by Hector Garcia and Jerry Aguirre, has acquired and developed over $1.2 billion dollars’ worth of properties in Florida since its inception in 1990. The company aims primarily on building exceptional, residential communities, custom homes, commercial properties, and luxury rental residential apartments.

We attribute our growth and success across the last two decades to leading a cohesive, seasoned management team which shares our vision and commitment of our core principles of dedication and uncommon pride in what we do.
