Kramer Todd has a diverse work experience in the field of industrial automation and manufacturing. Kramer started their career at Honda Power Equipment Mfg., Inc. as an Assembly Technician, where they assembled Honda engines, tested and quality checked components, and assisted with material handling operations.

Kramer then moved on to GKN Driveline North America, Inc., where they worked as a Machine Operator and later as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer Technician. In these roles, they operated and maintained CNC equipment, maintained high standards of product quality, implemented operational improvements, and provided technical support in production operations.

After GKN Driveline, Kramer joined Mastech as a Field Installation Engineering Technician, where they installed communication equipment, consulted with customers for custom installations, and resolved issues through troubleshooting and repairs.

Prior to their current role, they worked at SCHUNK Intec USA as a Machine Ops. Tech., where they planned and performed complicated machining operations with high accuracy.

Currently, Kramer is working at S&H Systems as a PELO Launch Operations Manager. In this role, they have contributed to over 30 projects totaling over $200 million across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Kramer ensures that industrial automation projects conform to industry standards and meet customer and company expectations by developing testing and quality management strategies.
