Kramer Todd has a diverse work experience in the field of industrial automation and manufacturing. Kramer started their career at Honda Power Equipment Mfg., Inc. as an Assembly Technician, where they assembled Honda engines, tested and quality checked components, and assisted with material handling operations.

Kramer then moved on to GKN Driveline North America, Inc., where they worked as a Machine Operator and later as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer Technician.
