Roy Kompier is an organizational leader and coach with extensive experience in safety, maintenance, production, and operations. They served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, where they qualified as a Helicopter Aircraft Commander and managed complex operations and logistics. Having held various engineering and management positions, Roy currently serves as the Director of Customer Support Services at S&H Systems and has previously worked as a Process Engineer Consultant. Roy obtained a BS in General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and is pursuing a Certificate in Aviation Safety from the Naval Postgraduate School.
