Erick Barros is a technical manager with over 20 years of experience in civil and mechanical engineering, specializing in formwork, scaffolding, and concrete shoring. Currently, they manage a multidisciplinary technical team at SH Formas Andaimes e Escoramentos, focusing on solutions and budgeting for infrastructure works. Previously, they held key positions at Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia S.A., where they developed the technical team and worked on significant bridge projects. Erick is also pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering and a specialization in structural engineering at UNISUAM.
