Renato Malafaia is a civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and business development, particularly in the areas of formwork, scaffolding, metallic shoring, and successive balance systems. They held several positions, including unit manager and project supervisor at SH from 2019 to 2022, and a designer at Gás Capital GR do Brasil Ltda. from 2002 to 2007.
