Pavan Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and investment. Currently serving as a Partner at 3pmVentures, Pavan has also held positions as a Seed Investor and Startup Advisor for early-stage startups in the USA, UK, and India. Previously, Pavan contributed as a Senior Manager at Ooredoo Qatar and was the Head of Business Solutions at Reliance Infocomm. Pavan began the professional journey as Chief Engineer at equant. Pavan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Management from Osmania University and completed the Business Leader Program in Management & Strategy at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
