Founded in 2012 the Shackleton team is composed of some of the most experienced property advisors within our marketplace. Our distinguished reputation has been established through our expertise and passion for retail, restaurants and exciting spaces.

For landlords, developers and local authorities, we advise on town centre regeneration, place making and strategic tenant mix policies. We are privileged to have advised on some of the UK's most exciting destinations and continue to work on creating the neighbourhoods and towns of the future.

Built upon several decades of experience advising a vast spectrum of world class clients, we are a truly unique advisory that prides itself on a creative approach to property.

For tenants Shackleton advises on store strategy and acquisitions from one-off boutiques and pop-ups to extensive roll-outs. Our first step is taking time to understand the DNA of the brand, the most important part of the journey.
