Shackleton Labs helps Australian not-for-profits, social enterprises and for-purpose organisations build practical and scalable innovation capability so they can grow their impact with confidence.

We provide flexible, fractional innovation support for purpose-driven leaders who need senior innovation expertise, but not a full-time innovation team. From clarifying innovation goals and strategy through to designing, testing and scaling new initiatives, we make innovation feel structured, achievable and aligned to your mission.

Our services span innovation strategy, capability building, facilitation and advisory support across the full innovation journey – from early discovery and experimentation to funding, implementation and scale. No matter where you are in your innovation journey, we’ll meet you there and help you take the next practical step.

Shackleton Labs was founded by Mike Davis, an experienced innovation and strategy leader in the Australian for-purpose sector, to provide affordable, high-quality innovation support tailored to the realities of not-for-profits and social enterprises.
