Support is delivered through annual 'technical alignment, business strategy, and budgeting' reviews, quarterly calls to ensure these reviews are aligned to our clients goals, network monitoring to ensuring our clients are protected by business class solutions, and a support team on-hand to resolve tickets online and onsite.
