Jane Holdcroft has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and management. Jane is currently working as a CX & Operations Manager at Shackleton since October 2022. Prior to this, they owned Vin & Van starting from September 2020. Jane also served as a People Consultant at PRIDE in People from September 2013 to October 2022. From October 2015 to September 2020, Jane worked as a People Manager at Boutinot Wines. Jane also worked as a Project Manager at JH Consulting from October 2013 to September 2015. Jane began their career at Pets at Home, where they held multiple roles including Colleague Relations Manager from September 2009 to September 2012, Regional HR Manager from February 2005 to August 2009, Senior HR Advisor from February 2004 to February 2005, HR Advisor (secondment) from August 2003 to February 2004, and Regional HR Advisor from February 2003 to August 2003. Prior to this, they were a Regional HR Advisor at Phones4u from February 2000 to December 2002.
Jane Holdcroft attended the University of Warwick from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a BA Hons degree in Comparative American Studies.
