Marta Dalmases is a seasoned Marketing and Communication Director with extensive experience in marketing strategy, omnichannel management, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Marketing Director at SHAD since 2024, Marta previously held leadership roles at The Bicester Village Shopping Collection, Intersport España, and Abacus Cooperativa, where they consistently focused on customer experience and brand differentiation. With a strong background in project management and a passion for innovation, Marta has also contributed as a mentor at Conector Startup Accelerator. They are pursuing degrees in Business Administration and Psychology while also studying Humanities, reflecting a commitment to continuous learning.
