Jay Hankla

Jay Hankla is an experienced leader in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as General Manager at Shaddock Homes since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jay was the President and Co-Owner of Southgate Homes from January 2013 to December 2019 and held the General Manager position at Shaddock Homes from January 2009 to January 2013. Jay's earlier experience includes a role as a colleague at MCG Forum from 2009 to 2012 and various positions at Sotherby Homes between January 2000 and December 2008, including Vice President of Sales and Construction, Division Manager of the West Division, and Sales Consultant. Jay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business from 1988 to 1992.
