Peter Kaplan

Peter Kaplan is currently the Chief Technology Officer for Shade, specializing in data science and ML design of new sensors. Previously, Peter worked as a Program Manager at Menssana Research Inc, leading biomarker discovery efforts, and as a Research Director at TRI/Princeton, where Peter led technical staff and taught short courses. Prior to that, Peter was a Research Director at Unilever, providing statistical and analytic support in skincare, hair care, and nano-science. Peter also has experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania and as a Visiting Research Scientist at NEC Research. Peter holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Physics from Haverford College.
