Paul Farmer

Paul Farmer serves as the National Head of Operations and Governance at Shadforth Financial Group Ltd since May 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations related to financial planning and general insurance. Previously, from January 2007 to March 2013 at the same company, Paul held roles as Head of Operations, Project Manager, and State General Manager. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Gannon Growden Schonell Group from January 1999 to January 2005 and working in project management at Westpac from January 1989 to January 1999. Paul holds a Certificate III in Mortgage Lending from Kaplan Professional and a Graduate Certificate in Business from The University of Western Australia.
