Lael Madden

Lael Madden has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career in 2011 at Lost Valley Ranch, where they held various roles including housekeeping, waitress, and teen supervisor. At Bright Horizons Child Care, Lael served as a lead teacher from 2016 to 2017, responsible for creating teaching materials, communicating with parents, and documenting child development. In 2017, they worked at Foundation Music School as part of the teaching and music therapy support staff, assisting with music camps and receptionist duties. As a customer relationship manager at Logogram, Ltd. in 2017, Lael designed and implemented business plans to expand the company's customer base. They then joined Natural Health Associates as a medical office receptionist, ensuring accurate treatment information, recording patient charges, and handling inquiries. Lael later transitioned to Joy Organics, where they worked as a private label specialist from 2018 to 2019, and as a sales manager from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Lael is employed at Seesaw Learning as a sales operations generalist.

Lael Madden completed a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, from 2009 to 2013.
