Lauren Schaefer

Lauren Schaefer is a seasoned Director of Product Design and Research currently leading User Experience initiatives at Seesaw. With a strong background in UX design and leadership, Lauren has served in various roles, including Director of UI/UX at Nearpod, where they played a pivotal role during the shift to remote learning, and Design Lead at Ultimate Software, where they established a dedicated research group. Additionally, Lauren has experience in academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Florida International University, teaching courses in Human-Computer Interaction. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Human Factors and Information Design from Bentley University.
