Alex Vera

Alex Vera is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and customer support. Currently serving as a Support Specialist at Shadow since January 2023, Alex has previously held positions as an Estimator at Monarch Claims Consultants and as an Analyst at Paxful. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Anthem, Inc., and web development positions at ViceDEV and Backslash Digital, as well as a Software Engineer at Outs-Mart. Alex began the career journey at Pizza Hut as a Team Member. Alex is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to graduate in 2025, and is a graduate of Wyncode Academy and Southwest Miami Senior High.
