Riaz Hatia

Riaz Hatia has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Shadow since July 2022. Previously, Riaz held the position of CTO at Django, where responsibilities included launching a BNPL service and managing technical providers. Riaz has also worked as a Technical Director at GlobeDreamers, overseeing a crowdfunding platform's development, and as IT Director at Groupe Quintesens, where project management and systems auditing were key roles. Past positions include Technical Director at Teeps, Lead Developer at Younited, and Developer at Webedia, among others, with a strong focus on backend development, team management, and process optimization. Riaz holds a degree in Information Technology from SUPINFO, obtained in 2008.
