Steven McGrath

Steven McGrath has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Steven began their career as a Project Manager at Ajilon in 2003 and went on to work as a Business Analyst at ANZ in 2006. Following this, Steven joined Isobar, a digital transformation agency, where they held several roles including Project Manager, Project Lead, Program Director, Group Delivery Director, and Executive Director in Delivery & Change and Business Design. After leaving Isobar, Steven co-founded Shadowboxer in 2020 as a Co-founder & Partner. Steven also served as a Startup Mentor & Delivery Partner at Monash University from 2022-2023.

Steven McGrath has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Monash University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004.
