Matt Helm is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong focus on operations and development. Currently serving as the Director of Defensive Operations at ShadowDragon since January 2023, Matt Helm leads the development and maintenance of product capabilities while managing a team to foster collaboration. Prior to this, Matt Helm held the position of Staff Software Engineer at Code42, where responsibilities included building Kotlin/Java based microservices, leading Agile Scrum teams, and overseeing cross-team projects. Matt Helm's career began at ThreatQuotient as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing significantly to product development and mentoring, as well as improving core algorithms for efficiency. Earlier experience includes a role as a Web Developer at Airtype Studio, where Matt Helm developed client websites and cloud infrastructure applications.
