Sean Underwood

Sean Underwood has a strong background in intelligence and public sector roles. Sean currently holds the position of Vice President, Public Sector (Americas and APJ) at ShadowDragon since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte from January 2021 to March 2022. Before Deloitte, Sean served as the Director, Global Public Sector at R9B (acquired by Deloitte) from January 2020 to January 2021. Sean gained extensive experience at Mandiant, where they held the positions of Intelligence SME, US Federal Government from January 2018 to January 2020 and Intelligence SME, Global Government from January 2016 to January 2018.

Sean's early career includes roles at iSIGHT Partners, where they served as an Intelligence Principal, Global Government from August 2014 to January 2016. Before that, they held the positions of Senior Client Engagement Manager and Global Sales Operations Manager from January 2013 to August 2014 and Senior Intelligence Analyst and Program Manager from August 2011 to January 2013.

Prior to their work at iSIGHT Partners, Sean worked as a Strategic Intelligence Analyst and Collection Manager at Washington/Baltimore HIDTA from October 2009 to August 2011. Sean began their career as a Senior Program Analyst and Intelligence Analyst at CRA, Inc. from September 2006 to August 2008.

Sean Underwood obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Intelligence and International Studies from Mercyhurst University. Sean pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Security from Birkbeck, University of London.
