Ashish Kumar Joshi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ashish started their career as a Summer Intern at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in 2010, where they focused on process excellence and defect rate reduction. Ashish then worked at Maruti Suzuki India Limited as an Assistant Manager from 2011 to 2013.

In 2014, they served as a Business Management Intern at RPG Enterprises. Following this, they joined Reliance in 2015 as a Management Trainee and later became the Manager of the Domestic Supply Chain in the Polyester Sector. During their time at Reliance, they demonstrated cross-functional leadership and expertise in business transformation and digitization.

In 2017, they joined Amazon as a Site Leader Operations, where they showcased their skills in operations excellence, program management, and talent management. Ashish significantly scaled up the site volume handling capacity, improved efficiency and productivity, and enhanced customer fulfillment targets.

Currently, Ashish is working at Shadowfax, starting as a Director in 2020 and steadily progressing to become an Associate Vice President, Senior Director, and finally, a Vice President.

Ashish Kumar Joshi completed their education as follows:

- From 2013 to 2015, they attended Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing and Strategy.

- In 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Certification Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.

- Ashish obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.

- Ashish'shigh school education took place at Andhra Education Society Senior Secondary School, ITO, New Delhi from 2000 to 2006, focusing on Science.

In addition to their formal education, they pursued various certifications, including MITx's Supply Chain Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2016 and Foundation Course in CATIA and AUTOCAD-2D Drafting from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in 2010.
