Gaurav Kumar

Gaurav Kumar is currently a Senior Lead Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) at Shadowfax, where they drive HR strategy and execution across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Previously, Gaurav held various roles, including Management Trainee in the Young Leader Programme at Niva Bupa Health Insurance and Marketing & HR Intern at Insplore Consultants. Gaurav also served as Class Representative, Placement Ambassador, and Student Council Member during their studies at CMS Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management and Marketing. They began their career with an industrial traineeship at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel. Gaurav graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition in Goa.
