Rupendra Rao

Rupendra Rao is an experienced operations and procurement professional with a strong background in logistics and project management. Currently serving as Associate Director at Shadowfax since April 2018, Rupendra leads operations in Tier-1 cities within the South and East zones, managing a team of over 20 Operations Managers and Senior Associates while ensuring demand fulfillment and smooth service levels. Previously, Rupendra held positions such as Operations Manager at Blowhorn and Senior Operations Executive at SpoonJoy, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality service delivery. Early career experience includes roles as Project Engineer at AKS Technomech Pvt. Ltd. and trainee positions at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and Vedanta Resources Plc. Rupendra holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication from Sir Padampat Singhania University, completed in 2014.
