Vikas Jha is an experienced operations and logistics professional with a background in managing reverse logistics and core operations across multiple companies. Currently, as a Senior Lead at Shadowfax, Vikas Jha oversees loss control for multiple brand accounts and distribution centers. Previously, Vikas Jha served as City Head Operations at Shadowfax, where responsibilities included managing core operations in the Patna Region, scaling order fulfillment, and developing training and quality control processes.
