Rick Spencer

Rick Spencer is an experienced business professional with a strong background in business development, sales, and consulting. Currently serving as a Business Development Specialist at Unio Inc. and a Sales And Marketing Specialist at MobiStream since 2020, Rick also plays a mentorship role at The Forge McMaster, where guidance is provided to entrepreneurs. With a consulting practice established in 2015, Rick focuses on enhancing eCommerce strategies within the optical and veterinary sectors. Previous leadership experience includes serving as CEO of Acumenex Veterinary Solutions and co-founding Evention Technologies, where a successful eMAR solution was developed and eventually acquired. Rick has also held senior positions in sales and marketing across various companies, supported by an MBA in Marketing and a BSc in Nuclear Physics from McMaster University.
