Denise Foster

Denise Foster, MPA, currently serves as Program Manager for Strategic Communications at ShadowObjects, LLC since August 2023, contributing overall support to the ePS program and managing tasks for the Naval Aviation Enterprise contract. Previously, Denise led Leadership Southern Maryland as Executive Director from 2018 to August 2022, overseeing operations, corporate sponsor management, and engagement with the Board of Directors. At OMNITEC Solutions, Inc. from 2015 to 2019, Denise managed corporate communications and talent acquisition while promoting employee engagement. Denise also held the role of Associate Director at K9s For Warriors from 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities included media campaigns and grant research. Earlier in the career at Naval Air Systems Command, Denise served as Program Manager with a focus on training systems and project management. Denise holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communications from American University.
