Shadows on the Hudson is a New-American, waterfront restaurant located in the Hudson Valley. Its dining area offers guests a breathtaking view of the Hudson River, as well as a cozy interior. 

Shadows offers an extensive menu of creative cuisine, carefully crafted by Executive Chef Adam Padilla. Adam is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. He is always looking for cooks who want to deepen their knowledge of the kitchen, and gain valuable work experience to come be apart of the Shadows team.

Shadows also offers an extensive wine selection, as well as an eclectic beverage program that features a variety of delicious cocktail pairings for your meal. Our lead bartender is a Level 2 Sommelier graduate from the CIA, and is able to train our staff to enhance their understanding of our wine selection.
