Douglas McCarter

Douglas McCarter has decades of experience in finance and construction, having worked as President and CFO in multiple companies. Most recently, they served as CFO at Shadowscape and Stuff Done Inc. Previously, they were the President of DOME Construction Group Inc. and Emkay Development Company, while also holding executive positions at Morrison Knudsen Corporation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership skills, expertise in financial planning and analysis, and experience in directing and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Douglas McCarter holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Systems from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, which they obtained between 1970 and 1972. Douglas also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from UC Santa Barbara between 1967 and 1969. Prior to this, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Physics from Santa Barbara City College in 1967, and completed their general education requirements as well as studies in Physics and Math at Ventura College in 1965 and 1966.
