SHAED is an AI-powered commercial vehicle procurement and intelligence platform built to bring clarity, speed, and visibility to one of the industry’s most complex processes.

We've identified a universal challenge in the commercial vehicle market: fragmented systems, limited transparency, and manual coordination that leaves everyone asking "where's my truck?" Today, SHAED has evolved from the CommercialEVs.com marketplace to a fuel-agnostic platform supporting ICE, hybrid, and electric commercial vehicles, with billions in transaction value processed on the platform to date.

Built exclusively for the commercial market, SHAED replaces spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected tools with a single end-to-end system that connects buyers, dealers, OEMs, upfitters, and logistics partners. The platform enables intelligent vehicle discovery, real-time order tracking across production and delivery, and automated document management, all powered by an AI-first architecture.

As fleets navigate shifting fuel strategies and increasing operational complexity, SHAED is building the intelligence layer that connects the entire commercial vehicle procurement ecosystem, simplifying decision-making and accelerating outcomes at scale.
