Jason Smith

Jason Smith is a product designer at SHAKE. Prior to their current position, Jason was the general manager at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, where they were responsible for all brewing and restaurant operations. Jason has also worked as a corporate executive chef, responsible for all culinary operations of three different restaurant concepts. Jason has extensive experience in menu development, recipe development, cost analysis, and financial reporting. Jason is a skilled leader and motivator, with the ability to provide guidance and support to staff members at all levels.

Jason Smith has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Louisville. Jason also has certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers as a CERTIFIED SOMMELIER.
