Amy J. is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Financial Reporting Systems and Optimization at Shake Shack since June 2021, Amy has held various senior roles including Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Director of Financial Reporting. Prior to Shake Shack, Amy worked at Centric Brands as Senior Director of Accounting and External Reporting and at News Corp as Director of SEC Reporting and Accounting Policies. Additional experience includes positions at BDO USA, LLP as Senior Assurance Associate and Senior Auditor, and at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers as Senior Accountant. Amy holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, completed in 2008.
