Michael Hammer

Michael Hammer is an experienced leader in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Regional Vice President and previously as Regional Director of Operations at Shake Shack since January 2017. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Market Partner at P.F. Chang's China Bistro from July 2006 to January 2017, successfully managing operations across 10 high-volume restaurants in five states with a focus on budgets, P&L, and team development. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Partner at Macaroni Grill under Brinker International from July 1996 to July 2006, where oversight involved a team of over 75 members and annual sales of approximately $4 million, and several new store openings at Outback Steakhouse during a tenure with OSI from June 1992 to June 1996. Michael's educational background includes studies at Broward College.
