Keith Gray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and staff development. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Shakopee Public Schools since July 2017, Keith has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, labor relations, employee relations, and training. Prior experience includes a similar role at School District 622 from February 1999 to June 2017 and serving as the Human Resources and Staff Development Manager at Ramsey County from June 1988 to February 1999, where oversight was provided for a staff of 11 and 1200 employees. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Representative at Ramsey County and a School Psychologist at the Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency. Keith holds Master's degrees in Human Resources/Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa and School Psychology from Illinois State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Illinois University.
