Founded in 2012 and rooted in the historic Galle Fort, Shakticola is a progressive, full-service architectural design and construction project management company based in southern Sri Lanka. With a growing reputation for innovation and quality, we specialize in delivering high-end hospitality projects that blend creativity, functionality, and long-term value.

What began as a construction project management firm has evolved into a dynamic architectural practice — driven by a shared passion for design excellence, thoughtful detail, and transformative spaces. Today, we are a team of nearly 30 professionals, offering a seamless, end-to-end service from concept to completion for private clients, developers, and investors from across the globe.

Our design studio is made up of passionate, like-minded individuals — young, versatile, and deeply committed to the craft. With professional experience on high-profile projects in London and Barcelona, our Sri Lanka–UK collaborative team brings a global vision backed by technical expertise.
