Founded by Hitesh Mahawar - https://www.instagram.com/hitesh.yoga/ , Shala’s mission is to serve as a sacred space for authentic learning and practice of India’s timeless wisdom. We are dedicated to preserving and sharing the traditional knowledge of yoga, Ayurveda, and Sanatan Dharma in its purest form, creating transformative programs that foster self-discovery, inner peace, and holistic well-being.

Through education, practice, and a conscious community, we aim to inspire individuals of all ages to embrace a Vedic way of life, one that is balanced, purposeful, and aligned with the eternal principles of nature and the cosmos.
