The Trust is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including:

• The preservation, protection, restoration, enhancement, and improvement of the Shalercrest Housing Association, a designated National, State, and Local Historic Landmark;

• The solicitation and distribution of funds in support of historical preservation, educational outreach, and architectural integrity;

• The promotion of awareness and educational programming for architects, planners, preservationists, scholars, students, and the general public;

• The fostering of community engagement through cultural and educational initiatives.
