Dror Jacoby

Dror Jacoby is an experienced product manager with a background in technology and product development. Dror has held various positions since 2007, including Product & Project Manager at ProcessGene - BPM Software Solutions, Senior Product Manager and Product Operational Excellence Manager at Amdocs, Product Management Mentor (Volunteer) at Product League, and Product Management Volunteer Lecturer at Give & Tech Foundation. In 2019, they began their current role as Chief Technology and Product Officer and VP Product at Shamaym, where they lead a high-performance team responsible for the whole product cycle, from strategy-definition-design-developing-optimizing-deploy-support. Dror has also been responsible for building a product-driven organization culture and scaling the group, product, and technology stack to empower business growth.

Dror Jacoby obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management (Major: Information systems) from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2005 and 2009. Dror then pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they completed in 2015.
