Ofir Paldi

Ofir Paldi has a long history of professional experience. Ofir began their career in 2002 when they joined the Israeli Air Force. In 2011, they founded and became the CEO of Garpo Ltd., a solution for the real estate price problem in Israel. Theirmain business was sold to a partner in the real estate online marketing field. In 2015, they founded and became the CEO of Shamaym, a platform that helps teams improve their performance and adapt quickly to changing needs. In 2020, they became an official member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Ofir Paldi attended the University of Haifa, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2011. Ofir then attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education program and completed an Executive MBA in Leadership in 2013. In the same year, they also completed the Maoz Leadership program. Finally, in 2015, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
